Father Jarett Konrade
Father Jarett Konrade grew up in Abilene Kansas in St. Andrews parish. He played football and baseball in college then transferred three times in three years, eventually arriving at Conception Seminary College where he discerned his call to the priesthood. After Conception, he attended Mundelein Seminary in Illinois and was ordained to the priesthood in May of 2005.
He currently serves as pastor of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Beloit, Kansas. Father Konrade was the first priest to lead an In His Presence spiritual campaign during which St. John’s grew from offering 72 hours of Eucharistic adoration each week to perpetual Eucharistic adoration in just four months.
Father Konrade is also known for completing a series of challenges during St. John’s 2023 “I Give Catholic” fundraiser, including what may be the longest basketball shot ever made by a Catholic priest on a playground—after 85 attempts.
Father is available to assist parishes with priest supply for Masses and sacramental ministry and to speak at conferences, parish missions, and special events—especially on Eucharistic adoration and fostering a culture of prayer in parish life.
