BEQUESTS & LEGACY GIFTS

A bequest is one of the easiest and most meaningful ways to make Adoratio Foundation’s mission part of your own legacy. By including us in your will or trust, you help to build a culture of Eucharistic Adoration in parishes across America.

Your bequest offers flexibility. You can leave a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or particular assets. Your gift costs nothing during your lifetime and provides significant tax benefits to your estate. Many donors find that a bequest allows them to make a transformative gift they couldn’t make today.

Bequests offer significant estate planning advantages. When you leave a bequest to Adoratio Foundation, that amount is deducted from your taxable estate, potentially reducing or eliminating federal estate taxes for your heirs.

Here we provide some basic bequest language for your use, but feel free to work with your attorney to tailor this language to meet your specific needs:

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath _________ [specific dollar amount/percentage of my estate/residue ofmy estate] to Adoratio Foundation, a nonprofit organization located at ADDRESS (Federal Tax ID#XX-XXXXXXX), for the advancement of Adoratio Foundation’s mission to foster a culture of Eucharistic Adoration nationwide.

We strongly recommend consulting with your tax advisor to ensure your gift strategy aligns with your overall financial
plan.
